What are your store hours?
We’re open seven days of the week! Our store hours are:
- Monday to Thurs: 9am-10pm
- Friday & Saturday 9am-11pm
- Sunday 10am-8pm
These hours are subject to change.
Do I need to bring my ID?
Yes, all customers must present a valid government-issued ID to purchase cannabis products. You must be 21 years or older.
Do I need a medical card to purchase?
No, recreational marijuana is legal in the state of New York. You need a valid 21+ identification card to purchase from our dispensary.
What is your return policy?
Defective hardware may be exchanged at management discretion for store credit only within 3 days of purchase. Receipt is required.
What types of products do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, topicals, and accessories. Our team is happy to assist you in finding the perfect product for your needs!
Are your products lab-tested?
To ensure consumer safety and product quality, New York State has established and maintains stringent testing regulations for the cannabis industry. All cannabis products intended for sale must undergo comprehensive testing by independent laboratories permitted by the state’s Office of Cannabis Management (OCM).
Do you offer delivery?
We are currently working on offering delivery services – stay tuned, it’s coming soon!
Can I place an order online?
Yes! You can browse our products and place orders online through our website or download our APP. We’ll have them ready for in-store pickup or curbside pickup. Delivery coming soon!

Do prices include tax?
Yes. What you see is what you pay. All prices displayed include 13% NYS tax.
What is the NYS tax on Cannabis?
13%. There is both a 13 percent excise tax (9 percent state and 4 percent local) on cannabis sales (paid by consumers and remitted by retailer) and a potency-based tax (remitted by distributors) in New York.
